Hapicura Order, Shipping & Return Policy

At Giant Forest Lifestyles (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, referred to as "we," "us," "our," "Hapicura," "Hapicura.com.my," or "Hapicura.com," we strive to provide a transparent and reliable shopping experience for our customers. To ensure clarity and understanding, we have listed our shipping, cancellation, return, and refund policies below:

 

CANCELLATION PRIOR TO SHIPMENT

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by contacting us as soon as possible.

Cancellation is only available for orders that have not been packed. To cancel, please submit a cancellation request by emailing us at Hello@hapicura.com.my or whatsapp our customer service hotline +6010-8855311.

 

RETURN POLICY

We offer a 7-day return policy, which only applicable to defect items, allowing returns within 7 days after purchase. If the item is returned in its original condition within this timeframe, we will exchange the item for you. Please note that we do not provide refund services.

Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition, which means the item must be as new in the condition it was sent to you, including its original labels, swing tags, packaging, etc., as supplied by the manufacturer. We kindly request that you check the items before removing the labels.

No exchange will be made for products that do not fit or are not deemed defective. We shall not be responsible for any damage caused during shipping, as we take care to ensure all products are checked and packed before they are shipped.

If you have received a defective product, please notify us via your invoice order and provide us with the evidence of the defect item within 7 days from the date of the item being mailed. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return. Please note that the returned item must reach us within a maximum of 5 days after the instruction email is sent.

Returned items must be brand new and in their original state. Failure to comply will result in the exchange being ignored, and the returned item will be sent back to you within 3 working days. Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred. We are not liable for any lost mails in the exchange process.

REFUND POLICY

All goods purchased through Hapicura.com.my are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any products sold. However, if the conditions specified in our return policy are met, we will exchange the item for you.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Address

We will only ship to addresses provided in the billing address or shipment address during your purchase.

Please ensure that you provide correct addresses and reachable phone numbers when

completing your order. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and only deliver to valid, legitimate shipping addresses.

We will not be liable if an incorrect shipping address is provided, resulting in the return of goods to us.

Any re-delivery of goods to you will incur associated shipping charges, which will be disclosed upon requesting a second delivery attempt.

Change In Shipping Address

If you need to change the shipping address, please email us at hello.hapicura@gmail.com within 24 hours of your order submission.

If a request for a change in shipping address is made after 24 hours upon order confirmation, customers will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.

Shipping Time

It typically takes between 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday) for goods to arrive at your destination. The shipment will be delivered during office hours between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays only.

We aim to deliver the product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your order, within the delivery date and time indicated by us at the time of your order checkout.

Tracking Number

Once goods leave our warehouse and picked up by our shipping partner, the tracking ID for the package will be communicated to you via email and updated on your member’s account.
