- Shipping Address: We ship to addresses provided in the billing or shipment address during your purchase. Ensure accuracy to avoid issues.

- Change in Shipping Address: Email us at customer.service@hapicura.com.my within 24 hours for address changes. After 24 hours, customers are responsible for associated shipping charges.

- Shipping Time: Expect delivery within 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday). Deliveries occur between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays.

- Tracking Number: Once shipped, the tracking ID will be emailed and updated on your member’s account.
